This amazing photo of a toothfish coming through the moon pool, was taken by a crew member on the Antarctic Aurora’s maiden fishing trip. This toothfish was the first caught and as such, was tagged and released (in accordance with the CCAMLR tagging protocols) in order to appease the Sea Gods and to provide good fishing.
